What do you get when with a Richmond Realtor who has worn as many hats as I have? You get an agent that has technical know how and the ability to use Zillow, Facebook and other sites to help my clients. I also understand the importance of customer service. I have worked as a database designer/administrator, a restaurant manager and most recently as a Merchant Marine Officer for almost 15 years. I am here to help you navigate through potential problems and pitfalls that can be encountered in the process of buying and selling Real Estate. I am a great problem solver!
I am a Realtor who understands the importance of using technology effectively to market your home. Great professional photographs, 3D home tours using Matterport and high altitude photos and videos with drones are just a start. Making sure your listings are not just on one MLS, but both the Central Virginia MLS and the MRIS in Northern Virginia, which is part of the Bright MLS. This reaches buyers all the way up to New Jersey. I also have the skills to get your home prime placement but on Zillow and many other web based home sites is key to the greatest exposure for your home. I also provide a custom website for your property to showcase all of these media options. They look like this.
Are you currently in the market for a home in RVA? I am an Accredited Buyers Agent. This means I have extra training and tools to help you efficiently and effectively find your next home. If you are relocating to Richmond, I can set you up with a closed Facebook Group to help you view live video walkthroughs of properties that I make for you and your family when you can’t come in person. I also have great connections to help you get a loan if you need one. If you are a first time home buyer, ask me about VHDA programs that can possibly help you with your down payment grants or give you tax credits over the life of your mortgage, if you qualify.
I also have particular experience in working with historic properties. Having purchased, renovated and lived in one for over 15 years, and helping other family members and friends with their historic properties, I have lots of experience with historic homes. My historic home was located in the St Johns Church Historic in Church Hill, in Richmond’s East End. This particular property gave me hands on experience in not only renovating a historic home (I did a lot of the work myself), I also learned the processes of applying for and getting Virginia State Tax Credits and the challenges that occurred in that process, as well as tax abatement from the City of Richmond. Are you thinking of buying or selling a historic property in Richmond? I am a good team member to have in your corner!
What it comes down to is this. I like living and breathing Real Estate. Let me work my Realtor magic and put my experience, energy and enthusiasm to work for you!
